🚚 Delivery Time

• Orders are normally delivered within 7–10 working days.

• Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier service, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive tracking information where available.

💵 Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders. You can pay the full order amount to the courier when your package is delivered.

📦 Order Processing

Orders are generally processed and dispatched after confirmation. Processing may take 1–3 working days before the order is handed over to the courier.

📍 Delivery Address

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and an active phone number when placing your order. Think Tech is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

⏳ Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, public holidays, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

❗ Failed Delivery

If a customer refuses to accept a confirmed COD order or provides incorrect contact/address information, additional delivery charges may apply to future orders.
